The Lindenheim breakfast - a delicious start to the day
We are happy to pamper you with a rich breakfast buffet daily from 7.30 a.m. to 09.30 a.m. in the lounge. The buffet has different types of bread and pastries, honey, homemade jam, cheese, butter, sausage, ham, various spreads, Nutella, fruits, muesli, orange juice, cocoa, coffee, tea, eggs, cakes and much more.
Breakfast can be booked. Surcharge per adult € 18.00, for children between 6 and 14 years we charge € 12.00, kids under 6 years eat breakfast with us for free.
Bike and ski room with heatable and lockable cupboard
Our bike and ski room is extremely practical. Sufficient space to safely store your equipment, your ski boots (or hiking boots) to be dry and all kinds of useful tools. From here you can go straight to the slopes, the bike tour or to the next summit.
Relaxed in your own wellness area
Our small, well-kept sauna area is always reserved for each apartment - completely private for you alone! It is furnished with great attention to detail, with a Finnish sauna, showers and loungers in the relaxation area. We charge a fair € 7 per person for towels, infusions and a usage time of up to 2.5 hours.
Games and fun in the
big garden
Let off steam and fun-loving games for the children, relax and let the sun shine on your stomach for adults. Play equipment, a garden shed and the campfire for grilling sausages for children, and a barbecue area for the grill masters among you. According to the motto “all you can eat” we invite you to a barbecue evening (free) once a week. There is definitely something for everyone in the Lindenheim Garden - we look forward to seeing you.
Good to know…
Each apartment naturally has a free car parking space. Due to our central location in Rohrmoos, the slopes, ski school, hiking bus, shops and restaurants are in close proximity. Guests who like to travel on foot often leave their car parked for the entire vacation.
ÖBB pick-up service - on request, we are happy to pick up rail travelers from the train station in Schladming
Washing machine - ask the manager of the house for washing options, our washing machine in the basement is also at your disposal.
