Data protection
Data processing & data storage
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.

If you have provided us with personal data via the website or by e-mail, we will only process this data for correspondence with you and only for the purpose for which you provided us with your data. We assure you that we will not pass on your personal data to third parties unless this is necessary for the fulfillment of your order or unless required by law.

The personal data provided to us will be stored for 12 months or until the purpose for which it was entrusted to us has been fulfilled. Insofar as statutory retention periods are to be observed, we comply with these. Once the retention periods have expired, the data in question is routinely deleted. If you no longer consent to us storing your personal data, we will delete this data on your instruction, provided this does not conflict with any statutory retention periods. If your personal data has changed, we will be happy to correct it after you have informed us.

Booking requests
In the case of non-binding booking requests, we process the data in order to be able to provide you with the requested services. For this purpose, we store and process names, address and communication data as well as data on the requested stay. The processing is carried out for the purpose of providing contractual services or for the fulfillment of pre-contractual services.

The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO (answering quotation requests and sending brochures) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO (legally required retention periods of bookings or invoices). For this purpose, the data fields marked as required are necessary for the justification and fulfillment of the contract.

We disclose personal data to third parties within the scope of this data processing only on the basis of the legal permission of Art. 6 DSGVO (e.g. on the basis of Art. 6 lit. b DSGVO, if it is necessary for the processing of an inquiry/booking, or on the basis of our legitimate interest according to Art. 6 lit. f DSGVO for the use of corresponding booking software). If we commission third parties with the processing of data, this is done exclusively on the basis of a processor agreement based on Art. 28 DSGVO, which ensures data protection-compliant processing of your data by our processors.

SSL encryption
This website uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests you send to us via a contact form. You can recognize the encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the usually green lock symbol in your browser line. When SSL encryption is activated, the data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Your rights
You are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in some way, you can complain to the relevant supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.

Information on the use of cookies

What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file with letters and numbers that contains information that is stored on your terminal device by calling up a website with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. In order to use the website optimally and to benefit from certain personalized features, it is necessary to accept cookies on your computer, tablet or smartphone. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit. If you do not wish to do this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases.

If you disable cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Advantages of cookies
Cookies make it possible to distinguish you from other users. Among other things, this helps to make browsing on this website more pleasant for visitors and to improve the website. When you revisit pages that you have already visited several times, this improves the user experience. Provided that you are using the same terminal device and browser as before, these cookies tell, for example, how you use our pages and may make the content displayed more relevant to your personal interests and needs.

Use of cookies on this website
Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Visit data that must be persistently retained during a session are, for example, form data, in order to display them again in the event of incorrect input. These are also deleted at the latest when you submit the form. The cookies used on our website do NOT collect information that could identify you personally.

Consent to the use of cookies
By allowing cookies in your browser, you have already consented to the use of cookies when using this website.

Manage cookies and change cookie consent
You can prevent the cookie from being set, for example for Google Analytics, by deactivating Google Analytics for this website or by generally refusing or blocking cookies through settings in your browser. You can define in your browser settings (e.g. in Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Chrome) which cookies you want to allow or reject. Where exactly you can find these settings depends on your browser. If you do not know where they are located, use the help function of your browser.

Google Analytics

Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. IP anonymization has been activated on this website, which means that your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area and thus pseudonymized. This means that only a rough localization is possible. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.
The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.

Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized as explained above.

The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link.

You can find more information on the terms of use and data protection on the respective pages of Google. We would like to point out that the Google Analytics Code with the addition of IP address anonymization is used on this website to ensure anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).IP masking means that personal data is no longer processed. Nevertheless, we have concluded a corresponding contract for commissioned data processing with the provider. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission with the USA: the "EU-US Privacy Shield".

Objection to data collection

You can prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by setting up your browser as described above so that no cookies are stored.
